Help make 2 dlls to one

hello,

i have 2 dlls files and i need both of them is my patch..since that cant be done.

id like to make the features of this 2 to one dll.

 

first dll is to open sites from ingame

second dll is for the dynasty weapons

 

if anyone can make it done.
