Help Skill Cooldown

Hell i really have a big problem, for example when skill is 90% reused, but when i restart my char, the skill goes back to 1%

You should go to your Server's config files and find this below,and change it.

 

# Store buffs/debuffs on user logout?
StoreSkillCooltime = True

i already did that and nothing...
