On the second photo your ips are redirected to *

The * is used ONLY for GameServer IPs and you MUST NOT use it for login server. Try adding your normal IPs there, and i hope everything will run smoothly ;)

What firewall do you use? I'm 99% you use ZA right? :P Or another which has a program watcher... Try shutting it down, i had the same problem (now that i see the error text i remember more things!) If it doesn't work, tell me.

Well, i don't really use any firewall.. my windows firewall is off, i have an router.. :)

the problem is on gameserver .. just sthin in config having * is incorecct and need an ip there

thevorte you change the LoginserverHostname=* and and you put there the ip of his router.when i do it and start loginserver.bat i get an error why?
