this is literally the wort server i ever seen and played for all 10+ years spent playing l2.

The admin supporting unofficially part of the players and edit server without announcing it in order to favor those players. 

Including adding levels, closing eyes for bots and third party software. After server start dying because of his actions he stop carrying for it, releasing over enchanted weapons / armors and after he soak as much as possible money from this he just restart the server a week later and the story repeats.

 

Every single report for bots being ignored as long as its including some of his favorite players and its followed by its total ignore. 

 

Pretty much server that is made for a small group of people and stealing money from the players
