Anyone can help me to make an service or an npc  for remove karma instant ?

For example if i have 5200 or 6323 karma and i want to remove with donation coins or with festival adena , any can help me please ? what i need to do ?

and add the checks for the payment and if karma > 0 and use it on bypass of your NPC.
