After reading your feedback in our forums/Facebook/LiveChat/InGame we decided to take the following actions:

1. We will remove the "Safe enchant scroll +12" from the Donate Manager NPC.
2. Buffer and Gatekeeper will be added to the Community Board(alt+b) and also ALL Teleports will be free.
3. Adena Drop Rate will be changed from x12 to x20.
4. Spoil chance will remain x8 but we will increase Spoil Drop Amount to x3.
