Hi boys and girls, why i get error in game server when i add new vorpal armor?

i make this setting,

and in game server 

[ Cannot create item 9316

null ];

Who can help me with syntax?

Change from heavy to HEAVY

and scale_of_dragon to SCALE_OF_DRAGON

And crystal_type from s to S
