Many developers change the archives of system, how letters/glows of weapons/names of mobs with programs, without hax. But if you want change the glow, how the dude say, you are the only will see the glow pink/black/gray/white and etc...

Well, he "discovered" a way to use a "cheat" to change the glow of weapon. You can see a glow of weapon +100 in +1. I think is that. Anyway, we saw to him edit the archive env.int, and change the glows. :P
