lol this is a very good idea i go play on low rate right now just bec of this:D  no matter if it i lose 15 %casting but what is more best to have cast and heal shell wel say 10-15 sec and then over or to heal not really so fast  but forever gggg and that 15% alomost not matter GGGGG...

I think it will not work... cause low rate servers are majority OFF and then, dont work

Nice bug friend,works in linterlude l2j,imo cheap shop is very but very usefull for me :overlord x3 rates.
