Help Installing Database Need Help~!

Few years ago, inside of the tool folder of datapack, there was database installer.bat so I could easily installed the database with it. But now I couldn't find the installer.bat in the tool folder.

What I could find are 2 jar files dbinst_gs.jar and dbinst_ls.jar. I wonder how I can install the database without the installer.bat? Now I am using the navicat for MySQL 11.2.7.
