Help Skill Effect Premium Account Character?

Hi,
Is there anyway to have a skill active/buff/passive that give premium character effect ?
and if the skill is removed it instantly remove the premium effect.

(I would like to make herb that give that effect for like 10minutes :) )
But I have no idea if such effect exist in L2Off gracia extender (MyExt64)

What exactly do you mean by "premium effect" and what are you exactly trying to achieve?
