The best are passive ones that help your class(WM or EMP for mages,Might or Focus for fighters),or the Chance ones that actually DO work,like the chacne to cast CoD when you atack a target and stuff like that.

 

The worst is +1 MEN imo.

At least you can have a little fun popping some firecrackers :D

in all servers gracia 2 i think the rate of obtain active skill have increased too much, in interlude i never got one
