The best are passive ones that help your class(WM or EMP for mages,Might or Focus for fighters),or the Chance ones that actually DO work,like the chacne to cast CoD when you atack a target and stuff like that. The worst is +1 MEN imo. At least you can have a little fun popping some firecrackers :D

I hate all the armors above the old S grade ones. They all look the same!! They could've changed the colors for a few of them,maybe even given different names and stuff like that. Gracia Final will be no better..with the S82 items. PS: Those duals or whatever they are suck :D

Out of the ones you picked..I would have to say Soultaker.. But in general,for mass PvP I would pick HE,and for small,organised PvP's,Glads and Daggers..

Heck..I don't if this is the oooold L2P..but anyways Java may be free...but using the "Lineage 2" name..and all the things that come with it are not,that's why NCSoft could easily request that the server be closed.

Yeha..L2Inc is the best high rate server around.. Roughly 5k players,the server is Heavy sometimes even in the night :)
