The first picture is really moving, the two lines of arrows are going each way. Hah, funny.

The second picture, well either I fail or the pic fails, because nothing happens. :D

The third pictures, it fails because I think it's a fake, it's moving very slowly, each of the round, and when you aim on one, these others make you feel like they are rotating faster. But indeed they're rotating in the same speed. And yes, they are rotating (It's a .gif).
