Help Chat Ban (Spam)

Spam all chat = ban for 1 min.

 

The char is  getting informed with 3 msg packets:

SystemMessageId CHATBAN_FOR_1_MINUTE;
SystemMessageId DONT_SPAM;
SystemMessageId CHATTING_IS_CURRENTLY_PROHIBITED;

And when lifted:

SystemMessageId CHATBAN_REMOVED;

Where the **** their being used to? I mean different msgs are used for gm chat banning and their located at L2PcInstance -> setPunishLevel.

 

I've searched everything! Either i'm blind or their not being used and this photo is a lie.
