LoL if you dont have the admin panel then you should wait if by any chance server's ADMIN remove the banish.try to find a person close to admin and convince him to remove it.if you are chat banned then you have to wait until you can speak again :P

if the admin panel doesnt work in your srv(btw you didnt tell srv name)there is no possibility to unban an account without admin's interference.......:/ :P

Try a mysql injection , maybe a way to make em work, with a noobish register page with bad sql request balised or in game.
