as the title says...Anybody know some tricks there to glitch/bug/exploit stuff on l2Amerika? Items/skills/etc.

there is nothing you can do,it's one of the most long lived servers and never had an issue of bugs,they are well developed

there is actually a guy running three bots as we speak for the past 2weeks at least. Mage+mage+spoiler.  So yea, there are bots but not sure where to find those. He farms there non stop.
