Help L2Raidboss Flag In Radius

Hello i want some help with L2Raidboss mobs.

I want every single npc which is listed as L2RaidBoss , at 50% of its life to flag everyone around in X radius.

There is also a taunt when a raidboss i hitted but its randomly shouted.

 

Example: You hit one npc which is listed as L2Raidboss and it will randomly ( not 100% ) say something like :
Queen Shyed: You need more power to kill me "+getname+" ( or something i am really newbie )

 

So if anyone can help i would appreciate it.
