Well This program includes:

 

Eight buttons in a block on the top right switch between various states or perform actions:

- selecting a territory

- moving selected territory's vertex

- moving the whole territory (if there are NPCs selected, they are moved too)

- moving NPC only

- adding a vertex to selected territory

- deleting a vertex from selected territory

- duplicating a terr or creating a new one

- deleteing territory

 

And more

1) What kind of formats can this program edit?

2) Its something like editing the territories of l2 world or what?
