Problems After Cracking League Accounts

So, when i am done with all that scrapping and cracking bullshit i try the passwords, i had a chance to log in once on a plat 4 account and then every other account when i tried to log in said that i had to change password and go to league website. when i log in on the website to the accounts that i cracked i try to change password or email but then it says 'wrong password' but i am literally logged in and i use same password as i copy and paste it, if someone has answer for that i would be thankfull.

Back in 2013 riot forced people to changed their account passwords. These accounts you are cracking are old , innactive etc. etc. It happens with this type of accounts.

Thank for the reply, but the thing is when i check op.gg it says that they are still active and playing.
