Windows firewall rules ports open

adapter settings done

router ports open

 

STILL DOESNT OPEN WHAT DID I MAKE WRONG?

haha i have samething too, ports are opened on local ip but closed on external ip... its very interesting on my problem.. i asked 2000 ppls noone can solve it... and i give up

your local ip is correct ? you need the IPv4 Address

Yes its correct! i open ports with local ip 192.168.1.100 as you can see. and if i check with ipconfig it said 192.168.1.100
