Help(L2J Siege Problem)

Hello...Im an l2j admin,and,i need some help...

Ive got a wonderful serverpack,which i like A LOT,but there seems to be a couple of problems....

Well,if u wanna know,read below :

First of all,ive got a Siege related problem.All ok,until i get to the "Pray Room"...When i press the Seal Of Ruler Skill,instead of start doing it,it says the following :

Clan GM's has begun to engrave the Seal Of Ruler

You cannot use skills on this NPC!!!!

And the second...I want to add the "decor" function to the clanhalls...its the only thing not workin...anybody know?

Well,although i dont know what it has to do with it...its domuk's server files from ragezone forums...

can someone tell us any idea, why when i try to engrave i get the stupid message "u cannot use this skill on this npc"?

Maybe updating to the latest l2j version? I don't have this problem anyway, give the dp/l2j version...

As for the second, i think it doesn't work (99.9% sure...)

Or there is a problem with the pack...use another one...
