on another they are same

on another you cant buy shining in gm shop , but have same stats like drac ( but rare so all want shining , because most ppl have draco bows)

Yes dragonic bow looks neat along with dragonic light armor. It is the only weapon+set that matches so well in colours and textures.

Draco bow is cheaper on DN. PPl say is easier to get one  :o

Shinning = less resuse time vs. Draco bow, more ppl belive thats true, and alot of the P.S, the shinning bow DOES have focus working on it, its just hidden... :P

Shining bow, its a costum item, and draconic is a normal S grade wep.

If u check, there is no rec for Shining bow or items to craft it.

In official server it just dont exists.
