Looks like newBalance with small changes + background image, which does not fit. You should work with the colors. Atm, it looks really bad.

Yea it is based on newBalance, as it is aCis forum. also it has small changes +background image. People like it.

Black background doesn't fit with those colors, make it bluish as Sido did. Also, consider changing this color, make it more blue or so, atm it falls into the gray, almost :D
