Corrupted Files + Errors

Hello out there my beloved community ^^ 

Recently I joined 2 h5 servers (L2Saga, L2lionna) and I'm facing problems with corrupted files/crushes.

 

Most of the times on both servers when I was using gatekeeper or "to village" button a message of "Corrupted files!!! Please check C:/Lineage2 etc etc" or "Crush report/Error" was popping up on my screen. Reinstall/Repair didnt work.

I asked technical support from both admins but they dont seem to have the basic knowledge in such things (they were too kind though). Im saying that because the best thing they could suggest was to deactivate my antivirus (because the smartguard protection of the server seemed to be spotted as malware??? I didnt get any alert messages though) and reinstall L2. 

Still the same problem :( 

 

The funny thing is that I've never face such problems in other servers and now if I replace the system of Saga/Lionna with the system of Aeron I can play without errors... 

 

Can you help me solve this problem? :)
