Help Problem With Admin Access On Vanganath L2Off Pack

How to get admin access on Vanganath l2off pack? I'm using this rev http://www.maxcheaters.com/topic/154007-interlude-pack-vanganath-1236-ilext/

 

When I used the script to create account I tried multiple levels (it was 1-9 on the program), and later when I create char in chars table it sets builder field to account access level. I successfuly tried 1 and 9 access levels, I can use //gmspeed 1-5 or //home and some other functions, but for example //admin doesn't work, also //buy and other important commands doesn't work. What I've done wrong?

search for l2off commands . //admin is l2j. L2off packs doesn't have custom panel.

What main commands are u using?

 

I found the cmds for levels http://www.maxcheaters.com/topic/64399-gm-off-access-level/ (what level should I use to be able to control all cmds, or what you use?)

Also how much ram u would recommend for off server (with geodata, without geodata)? Cause I'm thinking of getting a windows vps with 8-10gb ram will it be enough?

No even 1337gb on a VPS won't be enough to run as a live. You'll need HDD speed mostly,something that vps doesn't offer, or you'll encounter issues.

 

For c4 binaries you'll need about 8GB as a minimum and for GF binaries 12-14GB.

I'l have a dedi and a vps in it with windows, and it wont be enough to run off server for testing? U rly m8?
