Help Hexid Dosent Show In Navicat~Gsregistration.bat Is No Go

Hello i am haveing some trouble Creating my hexid ~ the GSregistration.bat cant find the login server name and dosent even allow me to give 1 commant so i looked at the script and its literaly wtf. I have all my files on navicar ready to go ~ just need to register my Gameserver and get my hexid~ i tryed to do it manualy but on navicat i go into gameserver and there is nothing in id hexid ect. Wtf do i do Someone Please make a post asap~ or contact me on Skype At Thxxxzz ~ Thxz for your help And I hope I get this local Server going so i can share it with some family .
