Help Interface.xdat // How To Remove An Extra Shortcut Bar

Could someone advise how I can remove one of the additional bars from a custom interface?

 

I've downloaded interface.xdat from Averia but one of the shortcut bars is not usable. It doesn't hold any shortcuts. I wanted to remove it but can't find where it's stored in interface.xdat

Never mind, I've downloaded one without extra shortcut bars.

This fellow member of this forum asked for help on 15 April 2016 we have 22 April and still nothing ? how inactive is this forum or maybe i should say not willing to help with something that they probably sell ?

I will keep alive and at the top this post until i see some answers .
