I Have A Problem With Custom Jewels And Armor Skills

I created new skill in skillgrp and skillname

create new skill in skills folder

created armor xml in armor folder

added armor parts in armor.sql

added armor parts and skill need to give when equip set in armorsets.sql

 

when equip set in game give me the stats i made but skills doesn't appear at passive and if i make relog i need unequip and reequip one armor part for feel the skill

 

same problem happened to new rb jewels i made...

 

can anyone help me?

Frozen is good, i don't know how is frozen now but my source is based on old frozen and is very very good trust me, anyway can somebody help me with this problem?

I heard Acis became good interlude, but i have worked in frozen and updated everything manually from an old good rev, i added only features i need, and adapted things from lucera/acis... and i also balanced skills and gameplay like l2off :D if nobody belive me i can give test server and you can make pvps in my server for see the balance :D

it looks like i forgot something but i don't understand what... because i know i did all needed

new skill id above 9000 not showing up at skill list = fix in java

relog and re equip to get set bonus = java (problem with the thing that checks for multiskill)

 

dont use frozen
