Help Gf Client Freeze When Using Solar Flare/lightning Shock

Hi everyone, my Gracia Final client is freezing when someone uses Solar Flare/Lightning Shock near me, I have reinstalled the game, updated my graphic card driver, I have tried everything but nothing seems to work, so I decided to request some help from you guys.

 

I have an AMD Graphic Card (driver up to date), 16GB Ram and Windows 8.1

re installing worked for me the last time, but now this keeps happening even if i do a clean GF install

hm,idk,try to download  an other gf client from somewhere,clean the old,and install the "new" one.
