 Your database is Admin At Your Config is LocalHost i think so change this to localhost and then run your databaseinstaller

Delete this into navicat then go file and make new connection mysql..name it localhost and ready...then right click new database l2jdb go to your server files and start installer...

You have downloaded mysql and navicat you must click into navicat

File>new connection mysql and then name it localhost
