Help Dual Box Crittical Error

Hello guys

 

while i'm trying to open a second l2 window a crittical error shows up sayin the following :

OS : Windows Vista 6.2 (Build: 9200)

CPU : GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 2495 MHz with 2047MB RAM

Video : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (6175)

 

Error setting display mode: CreateDevice failed (D3DERR_DEVICELOST). Please delete your Option.ini file if this error prevents you from starting the game.

i've tried to delete Option.ini file but nothing can you suggest something?
