You need to defrag something else before defragging a server.

You should defrag L2 in general and why it's failing.

You are quite right, but you must accept the fact that L2 now isn't as before. L2 for the last couple of years is just a game to have "fun" 1 or 2 months maximum.
Also it's not about the server or admin(s), but about the community that plays.
