The best OOG is the one that works. So I think none.

Thats right. There are no OOG bots because they are 100% based on packets. Simple protocol modification makes them unable to do anything

prolly the only still updated oog is l2divine (l2walker spinoff), usable on KR/JP/TW official servers only (not sure about NA after last lanuncher/gg changes).
