Help Cant Create Utx File

Hi all, i have problem with unreal engive program. I want to make buttons and logo for the NPCs but i can create the utx file and i can't encrypt them.
Can someone make the utx file and do the enrcrypt?

Most likely you gave the wrong directory.

Btw, as you can see, the width is a lil bit too big.
