[Share] Backstrike of Archers

I found this while pvping yesterday evening, since I didn't find it with a SEARCH I will share this.

It isn't any exploit, more like a tip for all archers.

 

If you're playing archer, get your bow and shoot your enemies from BACK

Your damage will be increased by 100-200.

 

My probes:

First probe: PVP vs. Tank - 1034  dmg from front, 1178 from back.

Second probe: PVP vs. Archer - 1324  dmg from front, 1422 from back.

Third probe: PVP vs Mage - 1523 dmg from front, 1672 from back.

 

Tip's useful situations:

• When your stun shot landed in pvp, run behind the opponent and shoot him down.
  
• When someone flagged, run behind him and start shooting.
  

 

Tested on L2G-Oldskool (C4 OFF)

omg..do u also know if u are archer u shot from high land to low land u can create more damage?

dude, this is the basic logic of lineage2.

also when u use back stab you dont have get to behind the enemy, u can go 45 degree and still using back stab.

There are server's where u canot use backstab if you arent behind of the target.

you can use backstab from frot, but it gonna never land.

and its not as stupid as it looks - all dagger skills has higher chance to land from back, and MUCH MORE bigger dmg when landed on back. i dunno what about archers, but maybe also (im nt using archers so much to say even a word).

You can also try it on l2calc.l2blah.com , Just active: "Combat calculation" on "Turn the form display on or off with these" tab.

bigger dmg/bigger critical chance with ALL meele(and bows) classes !

(according to l2blah-calc and retail forums)

i think in HB or Gracia they add more dmg/critical chance

when u atacking from behind of target with meele(and bows)

if u hit with bow from face u will do low dmg cause some ppl got shield + shield bluffs (bless shield + avenced block) so u will hit low dmg...
