It wasn't nonsense when I posted it, since I spoke based on facts. And till now there were not facts such as 'it's auto generated and currently is down'.

The changelog pages uses an oauth github key from my account which experienced some issue.

 

Github is in the process to restore it; I even had to rename. Once done I'll get the page back to service.
