For live preview he need the patch...without patch dont see items,etc. If i give patch is easy to edit thats pack. And i dont have a perfect pc for open the server... :)

I can see only NPC's here and some poor items..

The only thing i see is Client side

NPC's With Effects -> Shared

NPC Htmls (Included Buttons) -> Shared

All Custom Items -> Shared

Total Time For Client Side -> Maximum 2Hours

Skills to do it -> Newbie Skills

About the server side i dont know,server might be good from server side but client side is too easy to cost 100$
