I want to change an NPC that is kind of big so it has the size of a character.
Is is possible and if yes how?

i think with this way..go to gameserver>data>xml>npc choose your npc and change this numbers...im not sure if this works but you can try this...this Numbers is from Raid Boss Baium...

no that's not it, that defines the hitbox an npc has and the collision.
i want to change the actual SIZE of it.

you can scale it down from animations or you can use a script for them

try changing the class of a npc to a _25_sm one (like LineageMonster2.temple_guard_a_20_sm)
