Install subclipse

using SVN repository download the sources

It also depends on pack, for example l2j transfered to git as far as i know so you may need to install Gradle/Git as well.

 

If it's not l2j and does not use gradle/git then do what SweeTs said, as an alternative for subclipse you can also install Eclipse Subversive .

if you have the sources, SOURCES. Then right click -> new -> java projet -> select and import

 

 

Youtube is your friend. There is many video "how to import project into eclipse".
