Rotating Objects For Unr Map File

Hi.

 

As we know there is a tool for adding objects to map files e.g. l2smr. Tool works perfect but there is no option to rotate the object. Is it possible to open this map file and edit objects on it? Or copy object with new direction?

you can use l2smr for modiffying/adding existing objects(static meshes) that game haves

to add new objects to game(static meshes) you need 3dsmax and UnrealEd from postal2 game, then you can place them and modiffying them with l2smr

if you want an object(static mesh) to rotate constantly you need to add numbers to x/y/z rate

you can add new objects from another map and copy it in different places how many times you want, hell you ca make a house from 1000 logs if you want XD

this will make the object rotate constantly

mess with pich rate and the others tho see and test them if you wana learn

and in pich/yaw/roll i tink 8192 is the equivalent of 90 degree angle of rotaton if you only want to rotate the object to 90 degrees or watever

I have another question about L2smr, so I ask here and maybe you can help me. I want to copy the Giran's Grocery Store, but I only can place the body, top and deco meshes. The interior walls and the floor is missing. Using the developer mode I see that the color of this meshes changes when I select "Zone" in render mode.

Some ideas? Im thinking on rebuild it in 3dsmax creating again the meses and texturing it... but if there's a quickier method i'll really appreciate it.

Walls is brushes. Just rebuild by hands this interiors.

So that's it. When I saw that the world terrain performed in a similar way I suspected that. Thx for the tip deMEV, I was looking your videos trying to realise it :). So it's rebuild time!
