Help Change Giran Harbor To Peace

Hey guys i use l2j frozen and i wanted to change giran harbor from fishing zone to peacefull

so i changed the type to PeaceZone but nothing happened i also tryed to change it o town but nothing happened also anyone can help pls??

Maybe the  minZ and maxZ are wrong but i dont know how to fix it please help

If it's a fishzone, it means it was setted at the water level... So raise the Z. And use admin command to visualize it.

Sir, there is no command to visualize it in frozen

maybe give  me a possible fix cause it is a matter that is improtan for me...
