There is a zone which is not registered as something.

 

I need someone to create it at xml, with correct coordinates so I can do it peaceful.

You go ingame, you note all locs following a clock movement, you c/p an already existing peace zone and then you edit nodes.

Yeah, at begining I also couldn't rly get it, but.. Read some easy zone nodes and you will understand :P
