Note:

1. This will not give you hero skills or allow you to buy a hero weapon. It will just give you the heroic glow.

2. Tested, working properlly.

I personally modded it to give more than heroic glow...Something like on 5 pvps - hero glow, 10 pvps - +5k HP, 50 pvps - UD effect...and so on...When Ill finish it Ill post that one too

 

 

Also some info in case you dont really know what's there...

This will give you hero glow on 1st pvp if you got over 100...Like you log in, you got 100 and on the 101th youre hero.

This will give you hero glow on pvp kills ONLY if you have done more than 4 in a row...Once you died, the count is reloaded and your shine is gone. Feel free to change it.

i just read all and i have 1 question what the hell is boolean?

 

btw nice addons u have done... also we can just edit it to make it harder like

Boolean is the type of the function...

Boolean means that the function is true/false.

 

as could be seen here...

Or here...

ye...I miss-spelled it in the first post. If you got more than 100 pvp kills and you make the 101th you will get hero glow. There isnt a 5 killing spree needed anymore. Altho if you delog it will dissapear and you must make the 102th kill and so on. Im not really sure about it but as far as there is no code in the EnterWorld, the code should be as I said above.

 

About the skills, no...you get no skills.

 

Yes, after restart you lose your hero glow...If you want it to still be there you can add a code in EnterWorld.java

 

Something like

    • Lol good joke.   If I'd be the one contacting yo then I'd say at least 50% in advance because you can basically just fuck off when things doesn't go your way, and then you as a developer just wasted days or even weeks of time with development.
    • "Just make your own game!" sounds simple until you’ve tried it. I did, with Epic Dragon World and learned the hard way that "open source" often means "free labor for resellers." The MIT license became a buffet for people to grab code, rebrand it and ghost the project. Even basic collaboration collapsed because everyone wanted their vision, not *a* vision. NCSoft’s lawyers aren’t theoretical. They’re a sword of Damocles. Even if you rebuild a client from scratch, if it feels like Lineage 2, they’ll come knocking. Ask the Chrono Trigger fangame corpses how that goes. MMOs are hospice care. The genre’s on life support, kept alive by whales and nostalgia. Look at Throne and Liberty, NCSoft’s own "successor" to L2, flopping harder than a 2004 PKer in ToI. Classic reboots (WoW, L2) are bandaids, not resurrections. This is the hobby. Optimizing old systems, reverse-engineering spaghetti code and preserving janky mechanics is the fun part. Monetizing it turns it into customer service hell. No thanks. Community? What community? The L2 scene is 90% resellers, 10% players who’ll quit the second they don’t get +16 on day one. Both asking how to install Java and why running the uncompiled server does not work.
