did you rent vps from there do you know is good or no? and how many time need to activate?

Yes, using OVH seems to be a smart move. Time of activation is few minutes ( they include DDoS protection ). If you're thinking to make a powerful server, use Dedicated Server.

Just send images with ID Card and Bank statement and wait 2-3 days, they'll activate it.
