Discussion Multi Region Project ?

Hello , sometime ago i saw L2 project that offer you 2 servers ingame depend of your location

 

1) Europe

2) USA

 

So you choice the server that is more near to you. but once you log ingame players meet each others .

 

Someone have any clue about how to do that ?

You can buy a custom auth from Vanganth or Hauthd.org. They provide these function. Afaik you need a VPS in each country and redirect connection to main server.

That proxy servers is for DDOS protection . A login wich handles that kind of servers has vanganth.

Xel can be used for antiddos but im more interested to reduce lag like WTFast , pingzapper , Battleping.

Only for ping reduce use a local server from asia only for ip forward . And use same idea.

I can share you 010000 auth that have multiprotocol function so people can connect using from c0 to c6 and ++ at same time , have server proxy , virtual server ....

And the ig packets arent bugged as hell?

 

I know only of a project like this - russian - for c4.
