Request L2Off Full Pack

Hello mates,as i read l2off is more safe and balanced from java

so is someone like me want search a full retai like l2off pack where he can find it?

there is any standard person who sell ready full pack(i mean not from 2010 with full of bugs) but he still work on it so have 0 bugs and full 100% balanced
