Help Need Help With .dat Files

Hello, I have a problem with opening coded itemname-e.dat and armorgrp.dat files. Can anybody help me or open it for me or teach me how to open it.I tried lots of programs but in vain. Thank you for your attention and help in advance.

that's not going to work because those 2 files are encrypted under another key

What is this type of crypt ? How to crypt like that ? If can crypt .dat we can crypt any file right ? Like .utx for example.

They are probably "clean", like after installing your client. You have to use l2encdec to crypt them, then you can normally load them.

clean files will still have this, while the files he posted does not. i don't know what it is encrypted with but..
