Help Adobe Photoshop Cs6

Hello guys. I'm pretty new on photoshoping and I need some help.

I'm trying to make a signature :P and exploring cs6 modes. 

So, I made a render, found a good background, mixed them and while I was searching cs6 I saw "channels" mode where u can see: RGB, red/green/blue. I fckin like the color I get from red + blue, but I when I save it, the color is "RGB" as it was... Is there any way to save it as R+B ?
