Tool Programm That Allow You To See The Enemy's Cp,hp,mp Inventory

Hi guys, i recently heard that exist a programm that allows you to see the oponents hp,cp,mp and also his inventory so you can know the other guys atribute on weapon etc. Do you have any idea what is that programm?

Thanks for info just 1 more question. with zRanger i can see the enemy's inventory as well ?and find out what element he use on a weapon for example?

Can you post a screenshot where u see enemy hp? I dont think its possible, im sure the info is not client sided...
